02The introduction / referral service

Third-Party Routing

This website provides a passive introductory service. When you fill out and submit an inquiry form, you explicitly request that we securely route your contact information to a fully qualified, Central Bank of Ireland-regulated financial broker.

Commercial Relationship

We do not work for you, nor do we act as your financial agent. We receive a flat marketing finder's fee or digital advertising fee from our partner brokers for introducing your contact details.

Independent Contracts

Any subsequent financial consultations, pension advice, or product arrangements will be handled entirely by the regulated partner broker under their own separate Terms of Business.

No Endorsement

We do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the accuracy, performance, or suitability of any specific pension products, investment strategies, or financial advice provided to you by the partner broker.

No Liability for Financial Outcomes

Under no circumstances shall MyStatePension.ie, its directors, or its employees be held liable for any financial losses, investment underperformance, administrative fees, or damages arising out of your relationship with the broker or any pension product you purchase through them. You engage with the introduced broker completely at your own risk.

04Permitted use and prohibited activity

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use to inquire about starting a pension.

You strictly agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or malicious contact data (such as fake phone numbers or someone else's identity without permission).
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data or spam our submission forms.
• Attempt to breach our security or reverse-engineer any data-routing mechanisms.

All text, logos, custom graphics, web design layouts, and brand assets on this website are the intellectual property of MyStatePension.ie and are protected by Irish and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without explicit written permission.
